By accessing or using ContentFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You may use ContentFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
The platform, its design, and all original features are owned by ContentFlow. Content you create using the service remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which provides a 3-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions described therein. Outside of that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. If you and ContentFlow are unable to resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue claims in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
